Billing in Primiso is scoped per organization, not per user — every member of an organization shares the same plan.
Managing your subscription
From your organization's Billing settings, you can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment details. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be changed at any time; plan changes take effect according to the billing provider's standard proration rules.
Who can manage billing
Billing is restricted to organization owners — moderators can manage projects and members, but not the subscription itself.
